The signature style of DM Events is not a particular creation or theme, but rather the ability to design a wedding that fits the style of each couple.
We work with you to transform your vision into a real tour de force! We consult on all creative aspects including floral design, lighting, linen, and event furnishings, as well as more practical aspects including floor plans and seating.
Some brides have been dreaming of this day forever, while others may not have a clear vision for the big day. No matter which bride you are, step one is always nailing down inspiration – tearing photos from magazines, searching blog, and chatting about ideas and then using that info to create an “inspiration board” that governs the style for all aspects of the wedding. Venue selection, floral design, linen texture, invitation ink, and all other design decisions will be part of the cohesive inspiration we create together.
All good things in moderation! Many of our couples have wonderful ideas and original designs for their big day but once they see them written out on paper (or scrolls!) they realize they may have gone a bit overboard! We help to reign in your ideas and ensure that your favorite details are well highlighted.
That is the serious description of our design work but the truth is it is more of a natural process. As designers, we a find our inspiration everywhere. (which is not always easy in a concrete jungle!) We love color and texture and are excited to help you find just the right “look” to represent you on your big day!
