From the initial stages of planning, we create a budget based on the key elements of most importance to the couple. We pair our couples with vendors that coincide with their budget, which is updated and managed throughout the course of the planning process.
Wedding 911
We hope that none of our couples experience a 911, but as we all know, a seam can tear, a rain storm can ruin your rooftop ceremony, and finding a runaway ring bearer can be tricky! No matter what the crisis, we are on it! We are equipped with an emergency kit that has seen it all (ask us for war stories!) and patience that can endure the longest of wedding days, simply because we love what we do.
Wedding Weekend Coordination
Many couples decide to turn their wedding into a weekend-long event! While your guests may love this idea, it takes lots of planning! We can manage the rehearsal dinner, day after brunch, and everything in between including hotels, transportation, tours, and excursions.
Destination Weddings
For our couples looking to get married in an exotic locale, we offer a range of services packed up in a suitcase and ready to ship! But a destination wedding does not necessarily mean hopping on a plane to somewhere sunny, it really just means that the majority of guests are not close to home and will stay in a hotel. So if you are planning on getting married on the beaches of Montauk or the cabins of the Hudson Valley, you, my friend, are having a destination wedding!
Project Coordination
Each couple is different, each event is different, and therefore, (you guessed it!) the planning process is different, too. As soon as your event is booked, we develop a custom timeline and checklist of tasks so you will always know exactly where we are in the planning process. Couples can feel comfortable knowing we have accounted and planned for all aspects of the event. And let’s not forget about the big day – on your wedding day, it is our priority to keep you stress-free! We create a detailed day-of schedule to keep all vendor deliveries and installations on track, keeping the day as seamless as possible… but don’t worry about that because you will be carefree and sipping champagne during set-up!
Details
Accounting for all the little details of your wedding can become a job of its own (but we do this for a living so we have to say that!) We work with you to ensure stationery, favors, welcome bags and even attire translate into a cohesive theme. And lets not forget about transportation, room blocks, speeches… phew, there’s a lot to do! Whether we are working with you on design or you are taking the reins, there are lots of small details that need attention.
Vendor and Venue Selection and Management
We team with some of the best vendors and venues in the industry! Picking a vendor can be overwhelming, that’s where we come in. We link our clients with vendors that best fit their unique vision, budget, and personality – we consider it our own special form of matchmaking! Once a vendor is selected, we are in contact with them along the way to ensure we are on track for the big day.
