EVENT DESIGN
We work closely with our couples to transform their vision
into a real tour de force. We consult on all creative
aspects including floral selection, lighting, and event
furnishings, as well as more practical aspects including
floor plans and seating.
VENDOR SELECTION AND MANAGEMENT
We team with some of the best vendors in the industry!
Picking a vendor can be overwhelming, especially in a city
of our size. That’s where we come in. We link our clients
with vendors that best fit their unique vision and budget.
Once a vendor is selected, we are in contact with them
along the way to ensure we are on track for the big day.
DETAILS
Accounting for all the little details of your wedding can
become a job of its own. We dot all the i’s and cross all
the t’s! We work with the couple to ensure stationery,
favors, welcome bags and sometimes even attire translate
into a cohesive theme. Lots of our couples need extra help
selecting their stationery as it sets the tone for the entire
wedding – we are lucky enough to work with some the
most talented stationers in the industry and take pride in
liaising with them to development an overall theme.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
From the initial stages of planning, we create a budget
based on the key elements of most importance to the
couple. We take care to pair our couples with vendors that
coincide with their budget, which is updated and managed
throughout the course of the planning process.

PROJECT COORDINATION
Each couple is different, each event is different, and
therefore, the planning process is different, as well. As
soon as your event is booked, we develop a custom
timeline and checklist. This allows the couple to know
exactly where we are in the planning process at all times.
Couples can feel comfortable knowing we have accounted
and planned for all aspects of the event.
DAY-OF COORDINATION
This is hands-down the most important part of our job. On
your wedding day, it is our priority to keep you stress-free!
We create a detailed day-of schedule to keep all vendor
deliveries and installations on track, keeping the day as
seamless as possible.
WEDDING WEEKEND COORDINATION
Many couples decide to turn their wedding into a
weekend-long event! While your guests may love this idea,
it takes lots of planning! We can manage the rehearsal
dinner, day after brunch, and everything in between
including hotels, transportation, tours, and excursions.
WEDDING 911
We hope that none of our couples experience a 911, but as
we all know, a seam can tear, a rain storm can ruin your
rooftop ceremony, and finding a runaway ring bearer can
be tricky! No matter what the crisis, we are on it! We are
equipped with an emergency kit that has seen it all and
patience that can endure the longest of wedding days,
simply because we love what we do.
