Our Process
Planning a wedding should feel inspired, not overwhelming. From the beginning, we break the process into thoughtful, manageable phases so that you always know what to expect and can enjoy each step along the way. Our month-by-month planning structure is designed to give every decision the space and attention it deserves. We begin with foundational elements, like securing your primary vendors and assembling your creative team, before moving into layered details like design details, guest experience, and flow. Each phase builds intentionally upon the last, ensuring that the process feels seamless and well-paced rather than rushed or reactive.
01 Planning
Early in the process, we spend time immersing ourselves in your style, your story, and the feeling you want your guests to experience. From there, we thoughtfully shape a design direction by exploring different concepts through elements such as color palettes, textures, materials, floral styling, lighting, and curated details. Each layer is developed with care, ensuring that no decision is made in isolation and that the full experience remains cohesive and elevated. While we guide you through all the creative choices, we truly thrive when the process is collaborative allowing space for refinement and personal expression along the way. It is, in fact, all about the details!
02 Design
The wedding day is where vision meets reality, and it’s our role to ensure that every element comes to life with intention and precision. In the final weeks leading up to your event, our focus shifts fully to production: aligning creative partners, finalizing logistics, and anticipating every detail so that the day itself unfolds seamlessly. We orchestrate the entire event behind the scenes, managing vendor teams, overseeing installations, and maintaining flow from first arrival to final send-off. Every cue, transition, and guest experience are thoughtfully considered and expertly executed.
